Today, I’ve had reason to really think about what I am meant to achieve as a teacher for the students I am in contact with…because, the greatest challenge I have encountered in my life is in discovering what I am here to do.

Is this not the most important question?

Is this not the most challenging question?

Is this not what we as teachers should be here to assist our students with?

If so, should all teaching be driven by the search to find and ignite an immeasurable inner fuel?

Because when we identify with this inner passion, motivation is not a problem, we live, eat and sleep that passion.

We’re hungry for information, for sharing and developing.

There’s no need to convince a passionate person to work hard, it’s already happening.

Imagine a classroom of passionate students…there would be no loss of energy by the teacher or students.
